I really want to start hand writing letters, but I need a pen pal!

That is a beautiful poem! I still send letters in real envelopes with stamps but my writing is such a hazardly construction of scratches that I type my letters now-I think photography classes are great and it doesn't hurt have some instruction..
ReplyDeleteI think letter writing is a lost art -- too bad because is it always fun to find a letter in the postbox! Take that photography class -- good for you. I've never been very good at poetry writing and I admire those who do write. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI love pen pals. I started writing to one when I was in high school. We are still friends although now it is via Facebook, we have been "pen pals" for over 40 years now. Definitely interested!

Photography goes hand in hand with blogging. I think you would enjoy taking that class and then you could post some of your work. I'd like that.
ReplyDeleteI had a Korean pen pal years ago in my teens... he wrote so beautifully (penmanship) and drew the cutest pictures in his letters. :)

ReplyDeleteI still correspond with several people that I've pen-paled with for many years. I've met a few of them as well. Letter writing is almost a lost art but one that is quite enjoyable. - I'm also thinking of doing a photography class but want to wait until spring. Hopefully the local Community College will do a spring class. There is one that starts Jan. 6 but who wants to go out in the cold for a class, not me.
